We are seeking an experienced and proactive Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to step into a senior, hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for managing fleet maintenance and leading a skilled workshop team, overseeing servicing, repairs, parts procurement, maintenance records, and ensuring compliance with all Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
Our Tamworth operation boasts a modern, clean, and well-equipped maintenance facility, providing an excellent working environment for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will possess:

# Trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic with 5 years’ experience
# Current Motor Vehicle Tradesperson Certificate (MVTC)
# Current Heavy vehicle driver’s licence
# Experience leading and supervising a workshop team
# Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
# Excellent time management, organisation and prioritization skills.
