Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Consultations
o Conduct in-home consultations with customers to assess their needs and provide tailored product advice.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling our full range of blinds, shutters, awnings, and curtains/drapery. This includes preparing accurate quotations and following up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
Building Relationships
Building strong relationships with customers is critical to your success in this role. You will be expected to maintain high levels of satisfaction and repeat business through excellent customer service skills.
Product Knowledge
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed on new ranges and innovations to ensure that you are always able to provide expert advice to our customers.
Teamwork
As part of our sales team, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
