Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to commence with an immediate start in a mobile position based in South East Queensland.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
* Rectification work for small defects, warranty claims & garden maintenance
* Small recifications such as carpentry, painting, tiling, plastering etc
* Lawn and garden maintenance
* Responding to queries & ensuring appropriate outcomes are met
* Schedule and supervise subcontractors for rectification works
* Provide timely and accurate follow up and feedback to enable file closure satisfactorily
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a similar capacity within the domestic building industry. You will have already well established relationships with contractors and suppliers and have a trade background. You will have a exceptional knowledge and understanding of the construction industry and be able to hit the ground running in a fast paced capacity.
