The role
Position Title: Enrolled Nurse – Ellery House Residential Care Unit Classification: Dependant on Qualifications & Experience Salary per hour: Dependant on Qualifications & Experience Employment Type: Ongoing full-time OR Ongoing part-time hours available Award: Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Health Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 -2028 Role description Ellery House is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You will play a key role in supporting residents' health and wellbeing while contributing to a positive, respectful, and collaborative care environment. Key Responsibilities * Deliver safe, effective nursing care in accordance with NMBA Enrolled Nurse Standards for Practice * Work within scope of practice under the supervision and delegation of a Registered Nurse Participate in resident assessment, care planning, and evaluation * Support the delivery of holistic, person-centred care * Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes * Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to legislative and organisational standard About you * Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse * Sound clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence-based practice * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work respectfully with residents, families, and colleagues * Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred care Culture and Benefits Dhelkaya Health is located on Dja Dja Wurrung country in regional Victoria.
