The Opportunity:
Join UNSW College as a Project Manager on the Illuminate '28 Program Team
Play a key role in a new College-wide initiative to Illuminate collective progress. In this important position, you'll work alongside a core program team on a calendar transition and related projects, collaborating with stakeholders across UNSW College and UNSW.
You'll own projects and workstreams end-to-end, applying your project management skills to design and deliver on scope, schedule, and budget with sound governance. From managing dependencies to driving timelines in an agile/hybrid environment, you'll ensure successful outcomes that make a real difference.

You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team and collaborative project services group that values innovation, adaptability, and teamwork.

What you'll bring:
Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, ideally within education or large, complex organisations.
Advanced technical capabilities e.g. Microsoft, Atlassian
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, confident in working with people at all levels and reconciling diverse perspectives.
Excellent documentation and reporting capability, able to capture insights and translate them into clear, actionable summaries.
Adaptability in dynamic environments, with a proactive approach to managing workstreams.
Advanced communication skills, ensuring concise, clear and cohesive communication to a range of stakeholder groups.
Respectful, collaborative and curious
Experience with HRIS implementation is highly desirable
