Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver engaging lectures and seminars for the Master of Public Policy and Management programme and innovate curriculum design.
* Conduct high‑impact research: publish in peer‑reviewed journals, apply for competitive research funding, and present at research seminars and conferences.
* Provide academic leadership: participate in service roles, committees, and build national and international partnerships.
* Supervise and support students, including honours and graduate research projects, and provide mentorship and guidance.
Qualifications & Eligibility
* PhD in public policy or a related field and a track record of research and publication.
* Excellent teaching skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
* Demonstrated leadership and administrative capabilities.
* Collaborative spirit and ability to build relationships with external partners.
* Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the academic community.
