About the role
As a trusted advisor and change partner, you will:
* Guide and influence cultural transformation initiatives that promote psychological safety, inclusion and wellbeing
* Build strong, values-aligned partnerships with leaders to support meaningful, people-centred change
* Support teams through transition, growth and renewal with empathy and strategic insight
* Champion kindness in leadership to embed a culture of care, connection and continuous learning
* Leverage data and insights to drive engagement, shape strategy, and support decision-making
About you
You are a thoughtful and experienced HR professional who believes in the power of culture to transform organisations. You bring:
* A strong background in HR partnering, with a focus on culture, engagement, or organisational change
* Outstanding communication, influencing and coaching skills
* A genuine belief in collaboration, kindness, and leading with care
* Experience in complex or values-driven environments such as the public sector, health, not-for-profit organisations or similar
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or a related discipline (desirable)
