Role and Responsibilities
You must be experienced in Microsoft Office, Xero accounting platform and payroll.
You will have the ability to work as part of a small business team and will be responsible for fortnightly payroll, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable and onboarding duties.
You will be required to stay up to date with all payroll compliance, have the ability to produce end of month and yearly legislated reporting (as required).
Maintaining effective communication between all interested parties of the business - employees, customers and management, is essential.
Other duties include email responses and follow ups, data entry, and organisation of documents into shared drive.
Flexible work arrangements but availability Mondays and Tuesdays and work from Waratah office one day a fortnight.
