Sotheby's International Realty Byron Bay is seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive & Personal Assistant to support our Director and growing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and is passionate about delivering exceptional support across both business operations and personal coordination.
This full-time role commences in January 2026 and offers end-to-end involvement in the business - from property logistics and client liaison to assisting with personal appointments and day-to-day coordination.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and daily ad hoc duties.
* Attend property photoshoots for the team and other agents as required.
* Organise and facilitate pre-settlement inspections, property valuations, building & pest inspections, and buyer appointments.
* Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and key tasks.
* Plan and coordinate open home schedules for the team.
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, valuers, and tradespeople.
* Coordinate and attend photoshoots, marketing meetings, open homes and other appointments as required.
* Manage buyer enquiries and nurture buyer relationships.
* Schedule and attend private/personal appointments for the Director.
* Enter and maintain data in Agentbox CRM.
* Print prospecting lists for new listings and sales.
* Run errands and assist with personal scheduling and logistics.
* Provide support with travel arrangements, event coordination, and other personal tasks as needed.
The right candidate will possess:

* Excellent customer service skills and impeccable personal presentation.
* Strong administration skills with a high attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Canva, DocuSign and CRM systems.
