Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Community Transport Operations Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our transport services.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling and resource allocation, daily tasks and administration, compliance adherence, problem resolution, client and staff satisfaction, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide the best customer service experience for our clients.
2. Schedule and allocate resources to optimize staff and fleet efficiency.
3. Perform daily tasks and general administration duties to support the smooth operation of our community transport services.
4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
5. Proactively address scheduling conflicts and other issues to minimize disruptions to client care.
6. Monitor and address client and staff feedback to enhance the scheduling and rostering experience.
