The Manager, Strategic Clients Solutions (SCS Commercial) will serve as the primary strategic account manager responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with accounts that generate staffing revenue and/or limited eDiscovery and managed review services revenue.
Assigned a portfolio of named accounts, the AM is responsible for account management, retention, institutionalization, and year-over-year revenue growth through the expansion of new service lines.
For SCS Commercial accounts, this role focuses on introducing and expanding eDiscovery and review services to evolve the client to full “SCS Enterprise” status.
Working in coordination with the staffing Manager and in partnership with Business Developers, the AM represents the full range of Consilio services to assigned accounts. The AM leads client research and planning, ensuring client needs and expectations are met by Consilio.
This role involves building client relationships, coordinating internal resources across product lines and geographies, ensuring continuity, high client satisfaction, and exceeding expectations.
This is a client-facing role requiring interaction with senior personnel, including executive leadership. Travel may be required. The position reports to the regional Vice President, Strategic Client Solutions, and is highly visible within the company.
Responsibilities

2. SCS’s primary function is to protect existing revenue and expand business within the account. Activities include:
3. Serving as the central point for account information, issue escalation, resolution, and relationship management.
4. Mapping and tracking whitespace within each account, creating and executing growth plans.
5. Deepening relationships and generating leads across different business units globally.
6. Promoting all Consilio service lines, involving local experts and Business Developers as needed.
7. Facilitating cross-jurisdictional support for global matters.
8. Creating and maintaining a Playbook with SOPs and client workflows.
9. Leading or attending project meetings and key communications.
10. Resolving invoicing and billing issues, streamlining workflows.
11. Scheduling quarterly or annual business reviews.
12. Analyzing revenue trends and reporting to management.
13. Planning offsite events, retreats, and professional development programs.
14. Promoting exclusive offerings like Sky Analytics.
15. Monitoring market trends and providing industry insights.
16. Submitting weekly and monthly management reports and forecasts.
17. Updating Salesforce and client documentation regularly.
Qualifications
* 4-year degree from an accredited university.
* Minimum of 5 years of legal-industry sales or account management experience, preferably with global or Fortune 200 companies.
* Flexible communication skills, able to adapt messaging to different audiences.
* High attention to detail and self-motivation.
* Energetic, executive-level attitude with strong business assessment skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex topics concisely.
