About the Role:
As a Draftsperson at Werner Engineering, you'll play a crucial role in the design and drafting process, ensuring the delivery of accurate, high-quality plans for a variety of projects. Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting designs for large and small projects, including the refurbishment and manufacturing of mining, rail, farming, and port equipment.
* Collaborating with machinists and fitters to ensure designs are practical and feasible.
* Reviewing project specifications and ensuring designs meet customer requirements.
* Conducting site visits to gather measurements, assess conditions, and oversee implementation as required.
* Maintaining accurate and organized documentation for all drafting work.
* Working both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and project goals.

* Experience: Advanced experience in drafting, particularly in machining and fitting applications.
