JDE HR Payroll Consultant – Sydney & PAN AustraliaJob Description: JDE HR Payroll Consultant in Sydney & PAN Australia.About the role:Do you have existing experience or want to enhance your career as a technical consultant to achieve the following:Minimum 10+ years of experience in JDE PackagesAt least 5+ years of exposure to HR, Benefits, and Payroll process of NZNZ Payroll and wage calculation understanding and experienceHands-on experience of life cycle implementation of JDE HR, Payroll, Vertex, EDI, and interfacesGood knowledge of Month end and year end processingUnderstanding of Salary slip processing for NZ regionStrong SQL knowledge for data reporting and analysisApplication Integration Development, Maintenance, and Support servicesExperience on Application maintenance ITIL processesKnowledge of Agile development is requiredAbility to manage multiple priorities, assess and adjust quickly to changing prioritiesTroubleshooting issues in existing implemented solutions. Raise issues/escalate issues whenever requiredDesign and develop solutions and coordinate with team membersConduct meetings with businesses to capture new requirements/change requestsPrepare and contribute to build knowledge areasKey Responsibilities:Work with existing BAU resources (both IT and business) for existing issuesWork with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release featuresOperate in an Agile Product Model and DevOps principlesDevelopment, maintenance, and management of products and solutions, including the identification of gaps, risks, and mitigation approachesEngage with internal functions and external bodies to understand the wider ecosystem that impacts Product areaEnsure solutions align with agreed product roadmap and feature requirementsSupport service delivery and lifecycle management, to optimize product portfolio and ensure that systems continue to operate and evolve in line with the Product Roadmap, wider Tech environment, and key standardsEngage with key stakeholders and end users to provide the best possible User Experience (UX) and ensure business outcomes are achievedDevelop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutionsInteract on a professional basis with internal and external staff in a personable mannerCommunicate progress, or impediments to progress, to users and managersReview technical documents and test plans, test results and coordinate implementation activities with end-usersBehavior: Has an open, inclusive style and can establish and conduct relationships with multiple peers, as well as clients, both locally and in the global organization and across third-party service providers.Diversity is important to us: All applicants who meet the requirements will be considered equally and fairly for employment.
