Overview
Become part of the AAW team in a hands-on role helping to sort and organise donated clothing. You will inspect items with attention to detail, sort them carefully, and place them on hangers or in clearly labelled tubs. No prior experience is required, and full induction and on-the-job training will be provided, along with ongoing support.

* Ability to work independently and contribute to smooth shop operations.
Commitment & Availability
* Long-term volunteer role requiring a commitment of 4 hours per week.
* Ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and making a real difference.
* Starting ASAP; two volunteers are preferred for this position.
Training & Support
* Full induction and on-the-job training will be provided, along with ongoing support.
