Position:
Personal Banking Advisor – Darwin, NT
Permanent full-time prospect at Westpac's Darwin branch. This is a full-time, branch-based role across Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers to Westpac and engage in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs.
Provide tailored banking solutions using product knowledge, assisting customers in-person and over the phone.
Refer customers to specialised Banking teams when appropriate.
Contribute to delivering a high standard of customer service and expertise to help customers achieve their financial goals.
What you'll need
Customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing or phone-based role with experience of working to targets.
Resilience with the ability to stay calm and composed while managing challenging situations.
Comfortable working towards sales/referral targets and making outbound calls.
Numerical capability, including proficiency in cash handling and completing financial transactions accurately.
Energetic personality with a genuine passion for helping people and a willingness to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.
