Position: Wayside Assembly Operator II - Rail Infrastructure. Mobility | Manufacturing

Position Overview:
Position requires attention to detail, ability to multitask, excellent computer skills, and above average communication skills. Coordinate warehouse activities involving pulling/staging ground material packages, pulling/staging material for house wiring, storage and picking of inventory, etc. Must be able to multitask and prioritize work with attention to detail to ensure correct picking/putting away of product.
What your day-to-day will look like
* Actively participates in cell meetings in order to understand customer & production needs, quality challenges as well as other key issues.
* Putting away inventory.
* Picking/staging inventory for shipments and production.
* Pulling pick and ship orders.
* Maintaining accurate paperwork.
* Ability to occasionally lift and carry minimal weights from 2 to 50 lbs.
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
* Ability to occasionally climb heights of 5 - 15 feet on a ladder.
* Ability to occasionally twist.

* The ability to accurately process, enter, and manage data within SAP.
* Strong attention to detail when reviewing customer orders and selecting materials accordingly.
* Previous SAP experience (highly preferred but not required).
* A willingness to cross-train and develop skills across all functions of the position to support team flexibility.

Pay and benefits
Official base salary rate for this position in Marion, KY starts at $18.22/hr. The salary may be higher or lower depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
