Our team is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support the successful delivery of projects by managing contracts, costs, and documentation effectively.
* Manage all head contract and subcontract financial/administrative activities
* Support the setup of project budgets and procurement schedules
* Prepare monthly reports and cost forecasts
* Assist the Project Manager with timely and accurate reporting to reflect project financials
* Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience as a Contract Administrator with a head contractor
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project financial management
* Familiarity with systems such as Cheops, Jobpac, or Procore (or similar)
* Ability to work collaboratively with project and site teams
