Join our Fosroc Construction Centre team located in Beverley as a Store Manager and lead the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the store and warehouse in this trade customer facing role. This role offers great work life balance - Monday to Friday, 7am–4pm (early start, early finish and no weekend work) and you'll be joining an experienced supportive team in a people-focused workplace.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing day‑to‑day store/warehouse operations and leading a team of Sales Assistant
Providing friendly, knowledgeable service and building strong relationships with customers
Inventory management including stocktakes and audits
Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders including loading and unloading of deliveries
Process orders and manage cash and EFTPOS transactions
Respond to customer enquiries received via phone and email

What We're Looking For
Previous store management experience in a trade retail or warehouse environment
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and mentor sales team members
Forklift licence preferred, or willingness to complete training through the company
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to maintain high standards of workplace health, safety and compliance
A good level of physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 25kgs
