Job Description
We are seeking a Process Improvement Coordinator to join our team. This role involves driving process excellence within our delivery business, coordinating changes across all operations, and providing teams with alignment and knowledge before change is approved.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing Change Request Intake and planning requests in Sprint Cycles
* Communicating with project owners and engaging with various stakeholder teams
* End-to-end coordination of change development and implementation by aligning content and deployment readiness
* Implementation of small changes in training content
* Supporting Operations/customers with up-to-date information on the change pipeline
Requirements
* Experience in logistics
* Experience with data analysis
* Relevant understanding of operational processes and experience with standard work
* Relevant experience using data analysis to generate and explain metrics
