Field Marketing Manager
The role of Field Marketing Manager is pivotal in driving sales leads and growing the brand through effective field marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses industry associations, partners, and publishers to boost brand awareness and generate healthy leads.
* Plan and execute programs to build the brand and create a robust lead pipeline.
* Manage regional marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and communication between teams.
* Collaborate with the campaigns team to localize global campaign strategies for regional execution.
* Partner closely with revenue leaders, account executives, and BDRs on pre-show and post-show strategies to maximize pipeline generation.
Requirements:
* 2+ years B2B SaaS experience.
* 4+ years of proven experience in field marketing and/or events experience in B2B SaaS, software or technology companies.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in leveraging data and reporting tools to drive informed decision-making.
* Strong analytical skills to assess program and event data and performance, review, and optimize strategies.
