DGA Roofing is a well-established roofing company seeking a reliable and motivated Office Administration / All-Rounder to join our team. This is a critical role suited to someone who enjoys multitasking and supporting a busy trade-based business. We will be moving to brand new, purpose built premises in Seville within the coming months.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for general administrative duties including managing phone and email enquiries, scheduling appointments, assisting with quoting processes, maintaining job records, liaising with suppliers and clients. The role works closely with management, roofers, and suppliers to keep jobs running smoothly.
Position available for immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
* General office administration, including data entry, filing, and document management
* Answering phones and actioning emails and dealing with customer enquiries
* Quotation follow ups
* Scheduling jobs and coordinating with tradespeople
* Maintaining job records and updating internal systems
* Ordering roofing materials and liaising with suppliers – when required
* Cold calling builders – as required
* Supporting management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
About You:
* Previous experience in office administration or an all-rounder role
* Experience in construction or roofing industry highly regarded (but not essential)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills and a professional phone manner
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Competent with Microsoft Office and basic office systems
* Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
