The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to join our Queensland Team, focusing on expanding our customer base by converting sales and service opportunities, as well as driving growth in targeted market sectors.
This role requires regular attendance at our Staplyton office, and offers Hybrid flexibility to work from a home office. Occasional interstate travel may also be required.

Key Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will possess:
* Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
* Proven experience in managing and growing an established customer network
* Key proficiency and understanding of Heat Transfer or similar Industry Sectors
* Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities
* Effective collaboration with managers, service teams, and support staff
* Competence in computer-based applications such as Word, Excel, MS Office, SimPRO
* Understanding and adherence to site Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
About You
Candidates with prior experience in heat transfer equipment or a manufacturing/maintenance background are preferred, however a proven track record in internal sales or as a sales representative will also be highly valued.
A professional demeaner, and a high standard of personal presentation are essential, and as a confident self-starter, your ability to work independently in the field - both remotely and in person, will enable you to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
