About This Opportunity
This is an exciting chance to be part of a major infrastructure project at Borumba Dam in the Gympie Region. The successful candidate will work on an onsite accommodation camp construction project with a reputable subcontractor.
Key Responsibilities
* We are looking for someone who can assist in all aspects of onsite camp construction
* The ideal candidate will have framing, formwork, fit-off and general carpentry duties as part of their job
* They will work alongside other trades to deliver high-quality structures
* Maintenance of a safe working environment and adherence to project standards is essential
Requirements
* A Certified Carpenter (Cert III in Carpentry or equivalent) is required
* The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial or remote projects
* Fully equipped with tools is mandatory
* A valid White Card is essential
* Candidates must be able to pass a medical examination
* Strong self-motivation and teamwork skills are desired
* Commitment to site safety procedures and processes is expected
* A current driver's license and reliable transportation for access to the camp site is necessary
