Our team is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Head of Brand. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and evolving the brand through various visual and experiential touchpoints with customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of brand identity development, and experience in digital marketing. Additionally, they should be creative, strategic thinkers with a passion for health, fitness, and fashion.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute creative campaign strategies that align with our values and founder's vision.
* Concept and sign off on creative campaigns, ensuring clear objectives and strong visual storytelling.
* Maintain and evolve Brand Guidelines to reflect aesthetic and market trends.
* Oversee website reskins and implement UX/UI updates to enhance digital experience.
* Conduct international research to adapt brand campaigns to regional trends.
* Innovate to optimise campaign spend and enhance creative efficiencies.
* Spearhead the evolution of visual identity across social media, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.
* Develop and execute long-term visual storytelling strategy for social media.
* Use data and analytics to measure effectiveness of social and campaign strategies.
* Oversee production of campaign and eCommerce shoots, managing call sheets, schedules, talent casting, and image selection.
* Conduct location scouting and attend all shoots to ensure brand vision execution.
* Ensure adherence to campaign timelines and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
* Develop art direction for key Brand, Marketing, and Product initiatives.
* Provide visual guidance to cross-functional teams and ensure seamless integration of creative assets into marketing campaigns.

Experience & Skills
* International experience across multiple cultures and demographics.
* Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism and other relevant fields.
* Minimum 5 years experience in a digital marketing environment, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies.
* Proven experience with concept development.
* Familiarity with a variety of programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign and Flash.
* Evidence of ongoing participation in ongoing professional development opportunities in the areas of design and social media.
* Experience with applying design, copy or web best practices.
* Proven experience in managing performance marketing channels.
* Experience in leading a team and setting clear KPIs and career development plans.
