CareVicinity is a care platform dedicated to expanding access to high-quality care, addressing workforce shortages, and empowering support workers across Australia.
The start‐up platform was initially born from a need to better manage and streamline our Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) services. DVA provides funding and support for eligible veterans to access home care, domestic assistance, personal services, and other essential supports.
What began as an internal solution quickly grew into something bigger—CareVicinity is now a dynamic, scalable platform helping us organise services more efficiently and support our veteran community in a more timely, consistent, and impactful way.
