About the Role We have an excellent opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join a collaborative and supportive Employment team. This role can either be full time or part time depending on experience. You will provide proactive administrative support to Partners and a team of lawyers, working across a broad range of employment-related litigation and advisory matters. The role offers plenty of variety and would suit someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day running of a busy legal practice. Key responsibilities will include: Assisting with the preparation of employment-related litigation and advisory matters Drafting routine correspondence and legal documentation Diary, inbox and meeting management Opening and closing matters, including file archiving Processing credit card expenses Liaising with clients and fee earners at all levels Preparing and reconciling monthly bills, including time recording and client reporting General administrative support to the team About You You are proactive, organised and able to take ownership of your role in a dynamic team environment. You enjoy working collaboratively and are keen to continue developing your skills within a professional services setting.
