We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Consultant to join a dynamic professional services team in Parramatta for one of our amazing clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of corporate tax compliance and advisory matters while collaborating with a supportive and growth-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and review corporate and trust tax returns, including consolidated returns
* Provide commercial tax advice on corporate tax matters
* Support transactions, restructures, and tax due diligence
* Advise on issues such as tax consolidation, thin capitalisation, debt deductions, and international tax matters
* Conduct research and analysis of legislation and case law
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Requirements
* 2-3 years experience within corporate tax within professional services or a large corporate environment
* CA, CPA, or willing to commence, or equivalent qualification
* Strong technical skills in tax compliance and tax-effect accounting
* Previous experience mentoring or supervising junior staff is a plus
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
