This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, processing transactions efficiently and accurately, and performing cash handling duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Combine strong customer service with effective sales skills;
* Perform various store tasks, including cashiering, product placement, receiving merchandise, processing shipments, stock management, sales operations, and equipment maintenance;
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales and productivity targets;
* Maintain store equipment in good working condition;
* Work with management to develop and implement strategies to boost store traffic;
* Ensure end-caps, dump bins, and feature displays are properly merchandised and maintained;
* Provide customers with outstanding service that meets Helpful Customer Service standards and mystery shop requirements;
* Greet customers upon entry to the store;
* Stay aware of all promotions and advertisements;
* Ring up transactions accurately and efficiently, and manage cash at registers;
* Maintain a clean and organized register area, ensuring supplies are stocked;
* Encourage customers to join our rewards program;
* Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change as needed;
* Attend mandatory monthly store meetings;
