The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring operational readiness, effective rostering, and seamless delivery while fostering strong relationships with clients.

* Oversee the entire lifecycle of your assigned contracts, spanning multiple sites.
* Lead site-based teams, guaranteeing workforce preparedness, scheduling, and efficient operational execution.
* Implement and maintain comprehensive project processes and procedures.
* Nurture and sustain robust client relationships at both operational and senior levels.
* Evaluate contract performance against established KPIs, compliance, and safety benchmarks.
* Manage contract financials, encompassing P&L management, cost control, and invoicing.
* Mobilize and demobilize services according to scope changes or project phases.
* Collaborate with HSEQ, HR/IR, Commercial, and Finance teams to ensure cohesive alignment.
