Responsibilities
Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.
Develop expertise on data pipelines and CDP data model.
Evaluate new data sources and recommend preprocessing before ingestion into CDP (Scale and simplicity).
Explain how data will be used for marketing needs.
Communicate with Engineering, coordinating and monitoring new data ingestion requests and ensuring follow-up on resulting action items.
Manage tracking of data requests, and timeline expectations to relevant stakeholders.
Work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that data is being used effectively to drive business outcomes.
Develop data dictionaries and data catalogs.
Monitor and root cause data quality issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
Facilitate feasibility discussions between stakeholders and technical teams.
Oversee and test the distribution of data to execution platforms, ensuring efficient data flow.
Recommend optimizations to operational processes to reduce time or improve the effectiveness.
Ensure activation of marketing campaigns, resolving any issues and communicating with partners.
Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
Telecommuting is permitted.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in Business/Data Analytics, Business Administration, Operations Research, Mathematics/Statistics, Management Information Systems, or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a product/business analyst-related occupation.
Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
Telecommuting is permitted.
Special Requirements
Position requires at least three (3) years of experience in each of the following skills:
Utilize knowledge of data analysis and dashboarding tools like Looker, Tableau, Qlikview, or PowerBI to build dashboards and advanced analytics and to monitor key success metrics
Utilize knowledge of business processes and underlying data to convert business requirements to technical engineering requirements and specifications
Utilize knowledge of Agile and Scrum
Position requires at least one (1) year of experience in each of the following skills:
Utilize knowledge of Snowflake, AWS S3, Hive to design, develop, analyze and implement database models
Utilize knowledge of ActionIQ and Adobe Customer Data Platforms to create database schema, segmentation and activation to marketing channels
Utilize knowledge of data governance policies and frameworks to ensure data compliance with regulations and industry standards
Utilize knowledge of Airtable, Product board and Jira to effectively manage task and ensure successful delivery
Utilize knowledge of DBBeaver and Snowflake to write SQL queries and procedures for data ingestion to multiple data platforms
Fusion Sales Manager for APAC
Position Overview
Fusion is one of Autodesk's fastest growing businesses, and APAC is a critical region for accelerating that momentum.
We are hiring a Fusion Sales Manager for APAC to lead Fusion Land and Fusion Expansion sellers across Korea and Australia/New Zealand.
These teams drive new customer acquisition and growth within existing Fusion accounts, making this role central to Fusion's success in the region.

This is a frontline sales leadership role for someone who knows how to lead distributed teams, coach reps remotely, and navigate multiple cultures with respect and effectiveness.
You will work closely with Autodesk's Sales Leaders across Korea and ANZ, while reporting directly to the APAC Director of Sales for Fusion based in Japan.

Responsibilities
Lead Fusion Land and Expansion sellers across Korea and ANZ with clear expectations, coaching, and accountability.
Drive consistent execution across new customer acquisition and expansion motions, ensuring each market delivers against Fusion revenue targets.
Coach reps remotely by joining customer calls, shaping deal strategies, inspecting opportunity quality, and enforcing strong pipeline hygiene.
Build strong partnerships with Autodesk's local sales leaders in Korea and ANZ to ensure Fusion priorities integrate smoothly into the broader manufacturing GTM.
Support reps in navigating cultural nuances across diverse customer environments and internal teams.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and disciplined sales operations across two distinct subregions.
Partner with marketing, technical sales, and channel teams to build repeatable, scalable field motions tailored for APAC.
Ensure your team deeply understands and communicates Fusion's value across engineering, manufacturing, and operations workflows.
Help shape regional strategy and customer engagement plans with the APAC Fusion Sales Leader in Japan.
Fusion revenue performance across Korea and ANZ.
Pipeline creation, quality, and progression in each market.
Forecast accuracy and operational discipline.
Team performance, development, and retention.
Alignment and execution across APAC Sales, technical teams, and regional leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven success as a frontline sales leader in software, ideally tied to manufacturing, engineering, or industrial technology.
Experience managing remote teams across multiple cultures and operating rhythms.
Strong field instincts with the ability to coach reps in complex sales cycles and influence customer engagement from afar.
High standards around pipeline management, qualification, and forecast accuracy.
Ability to collaborate effectively across matrixed sales teams and multiple countries.
Competitive drive, sound judgment, and the ability to unify a geographically spread team behind shared goals.
