About the Opportunity
In this autonomous and collaborative role, you will work closely with leadership teams to drive visual merchandising excellence.
* Develop and implement VM strategies across your region, aligned with national guidelines.
* Provide expert guidance and training to retail teams to deliver consistent visual presentations.
* Collaborate with Visual Merchandising leaders and Head Office teams to adapt VM principles for store-specific needs.
* Collect insights from the field and analyze sales data to inform broader VM strategy.
* Act as a business partner, identifying trends and opportunities to shape future direction.
* Support store openings, closures, and refits to ensure seamless VM integration.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience in visual merchandising, including at least 2 years in a senior or field-based multi-site role.
* A fast-paced, high-volume fashion or lifestyle retail background is highly desirable.
* Experience managing or supporting large store portfolios is essential.
