About the Role

We are seeking a skilled sales professional who thrives in a regional environment and is motivated by the prospect of expanding our presence in Toowoomba.

In this role, you will:

* Identify new business opportunities in the region to drive sales growth
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse client base
* Precisely articulate technical solutions to convey clear, business-focused outcomes for clients
* Collaborate with colleagues across various teams to ensure outstanding results
* Support the local team in overseeing operations and contributing to a seamless experience
* Represent us within the community, fostering stronger ties and enhancing our reputation as a trusted local partner


Requirements

* Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or account management within a regional market
* Strong ability to engage clients through structured sales conversations and solution selling
* Excellent relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of retaining and growing accounts
* Critical thinking skills to identify client challenges, develop effective solutions, and improve operational efficiency
* Proficiency in conveying complex technical concepts in simple terms
* Organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* A collaborative approach, comfortable working within a matrix management structure
* Valid driver's license (regional travel is a part of the role)
