THE OPPORTUNITY
This role presents an opportunity for a motivated, intermediate litigation lawyer to take the next step up in their career. We are seeking a commercial litigation lawyer with 2 – 5 years post admission experience. The ability to maintain and develop client relationships is a must, as is the ability to work autonomously.

This role offers exposure to a range of high-quality litigation and dispute resolution matters, including commercial disputes, estate litigation, building and construction disputes, insolvency matters and strata disputes.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
We are looking for a professional, adaptable and reliable lawyer, with an eagerness to provide top-quality service to clients. To succeed in this role it is essential that you:
* Possess sound knowledge of the UCPR and associated legislation;
* Have the ability to run a variety of litigation matters across Magistrates Courts, District and Supreme Courts and the Federal Court of Australia;
* Display a strong client focus;
* Use initiative, innovation and collaboration to drive outcomes;
* Work well within a team environment, whilst being able to manage client matters autonomously;
* Thrive on developing existing and new relationships; and
* Have a willingness to learn and stretch yourself.
