Overview
Corporate Account Manager – Hospital & Homecare role to lead national strategy across public and private hospitals, oncology clinics, and associated distribution networks. This is a senior, strategic commercial role focused on enterprise partnerships, tender governance, and long-term system value rather than transactional selling.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the national hospital and homecare strategy across public hospitals, private hospital groups, oncology centres, and priority accounts
* Own enterprise-level customer relationships, leading senior executive engagement, joint business planning, and long-term partnerships
* Drive profitable growth across the medical nutrition portfolio with clear KPIs, performance tracking, and value creation initiatives
* Partner with Tenders & Contracts on pricing strategy, negotiations, and public/private hospital tenders
* Lead contract lifecycle management, ensuring activation, compliance, renewal strategy, and governance in partnership with Legal and Internal Controls
* Collaborate with Medical and Market Access to ensure partnerships are underpinned by clinical governance and evidence-based value propositions
* Own forecasting, pipeline management, and risk & opportunity tracking, presenting insights in senior internal forums
* Monitor market, policy, and competitor dynamics to inform proactive commercial and partnership strategies
About You
* Commercially strong, enterprise-level account leader who thrives in complex healthcare environments and influences outcomes at system level
* Proven experience managing large, complex hospital or healthcare accounts with senior stakeholder engagement
* Strong background in hospital contracting, tenders, and pricing governance
* Experience in regulated healthcare environments (hospitals, oncology, pharma, medtech, or medical nutrition)
* Ability to lead strategy and outcomes through influence, working cross-functionally without direct authority
* Strong commercial ownership, including forecasting, pipeline management, and executive-level reporting
* Collaborative, values-led approach aligned to purpose-driven work
