Key Responsibilities
* Managing daily café activities, including beverage preparation, point of sale operation, cash handling and reporting
* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Recruiting, training and supervising staff members
* Maintaining relationships with suppliers and managing inventory
* Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements
* 3+ years experience in a similar role
* Degree in Hospitality or related field (desired)
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and think critically
* Fully vaccinated
