Role Overview
Working as a casual educator provides an opportunity to select your hours and work environment while being part of a supportive team.
This role involves contributing to the education program in the room and centre team, engaging and supervising children at all times, and maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with children and families, comply with National Quality Standards, and support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program.
* Provide high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
