This is a full-time management position at a beachside resort in Western Australia's Coral Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality staff and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
The role involves managing customer service, reservations, and financial operations. Strong computer skills and experience in similar roles are essential.
Knowledge of caravan park grounds maintenance and regulatory requirements is also required. A current Driver's Licence, Police Clearance, and Senior First Aid Certificate are necessary.

Responsibilities
* Lead hospitality staff including Front Office, Cafe, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.
* Manage customer service, member and guest reservations at the property.
* Promote a safety-first culture, enforcing policies and procedures.
* Undertake financial management, budgeting, procurement, cost controls, and revenue management.
* Manage assets within the property.
* Liaise with local stakeholders, including council, industry bodies, and community groups.
* Operate onsite facilities.
Requirements
* Experience in similar roles with demonstrated management experience in hospitality or related industries.
* Strong computer skills, including MS Office, reservations systems, financial software, rostering software, and SharePoint.
* Understanding of caravan park grounds and maintenance requirements.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting caravan park operations.
* Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Current Driver's Licence, Police Clearance, and Senior First Aid Certificate.
* Availability to meet operational hours across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays, with reasonable overtime.
* Willingness to work after hours and on-call as per the roster.
