The role involves partnering with hiring managers to source, screen and secure top talent for critical project positions. You will be working in a fast-paced environment within an established internal recruitment team, where you play a key part in meeting workforce demands on a nationally significant build.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white collar roles across engineering, project management, commercial, and corporate functions.
* Liaise closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
* Proactively engage talent through job boards, networks, and direct approaches.
* Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, and offers.
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and recruitment best practice.
About You:
* Proven experience in internal recruitment or high-volume project hiring.
* Exposure to white-collar roles within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work at pace.
* Confident in direct sourcing and proactive candidate engagement.
