About The Role, Accountabilities & Outcomes

Accountable for leading the marketing for the Residential business, including strategy and go to market, value proposition development, brand strategy, and campaign development and execution.

* Drive Strategy and go-to-market planning for the Residential business, together with key cross functional partners in Product and Sales and across the business.
* Develop and drive the vision for the product value proposition and drive perception of 'Why Domain' for consumers and agents.
* Develop go to market strategy and execution for consumers; including audience segmentation and prioritisation, campaign and creative development, and drive audience growth and consumer preference.
* Develop go to market strategy and execution for agents; including audience segmentation and prioritisation, value proposition, competitive positioning, sales narratives, events, customer acquisition and retention, and ultimately drive agent confidence and engagement.
* Drive Residential brand strategy including funnel analysis, strategic goals for campaigns, and brand portfolio management across CoStar Group Australia, including Domain and AllHomes.
* Key contributor to driving Residential business revenue outcomes.
* Leadership of the Residential business marketing team across B2C and B2B Events and Campaigns. Implement best practice people management, talent acquisition and retention, high performance culture and efficient ways of working.

Our Ideal Person

Essentials

* Experience: Proven track record in marketing leadership, product marketing, with > 15 years experience across B2C and B2B.
* Demonstrated Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to interpret data, insights, and financials and turn it into actionable marketing plans that drive business outcomes.
* Communication and Campaigns: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, storytelling, campaign and creative development skills, with an ability to drive clarity and influence internal cross functional teams and external stakeholders.
* Leadership: Experience leading and managing teams, including managing managers. Ability to set vision, expectations, inspire team, attract and develop talent and capabilities, drive high performance and engagement, and implement foundational processes.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred

* Experience in Real Estate, Tech, Media, Advertising or Software industries.
* Proven track record of successfully driving growth of a challenger brand.
* Experience driving strong local influence in a global organisation.
* Experience in delivering high impact scaled Events & Experiences.
