Role Overview:
* Reporting to the SVP Sales International, Guillaume Machefaux ( you will focus on opening and expanding strategic enterprise accounts in Australia and APAC, as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts.
* Your responsibilities include developing prospecting strategies, qualifying opportunities using proven methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC), delivering tailored sales presentations, building relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and planning for quota achievement.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven B2B SaaS sales experience, with a minimum of 5-8 years, depending on your profile, and a track record of exceeding quotas (e.g., $1M+ annual). Experience closing high-value deals (6-7 figures) with complex decision-making processes in multinational enterprise clients.
* Industry knowledge in CX, contact centers, chatbots, or quality assurance is preferred, or the ability to sell complex technical solutions.
* Experience selling in Australia and APAC, with a network in sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Tech, Telco, Retail, Hospitality, or Travel.
* Strong prospecting, upselling, and cross-selling skills with a proactive, resilient attitude. Comfortable working remotely with excellent time management and self-motivation. Located in Australia and fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
