1. Proven experience in store leadership, preferably in retail or big-box environments with 30+ staff members.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive results through exceptional service and operational excellence.
3. Strong communication and leadership skills, with attention to detail and visual merchandising standards.
4. Solid computer and system skills, with proficiency in inventory management and reporting.
5. FIRST AID certification (or willingness to obtain).
6. Full-time availability, including weekends.
