We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide comprehensive support in a pivotal role within our team. This position involves managing key administrative and business functions that enable seamless service delivery, ensuring a customer-focused approach that meets the needs of staff, medical practitioners, clients, and their families.
This role is ideal for individuals with excellent organizational skills, who can work effectively in a diverse team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical/administrative support services, including record maintenance and system operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support related to client management across hospital and Residential Aged Care settings.
* Facilitate effective communication within the organisation and with external services.
* Develop and implement statistical information systems.
* Work closely with the Executive Officer, Director of Nursing, and senior nursing staff to support operational objectives and enhance service quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in the provision of a clerical/administrative support service.
* Experience in the development and implementation of statistical information systems.
* Experience in computer operation and systems management.
* Experience in working within a diverse team environment.
* Demonstrated experience in the use of computer-based resources.
