About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven 2IC to deliver exceptional customer service and support our warehouse operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coach and motivate staff to achieve outstanding customer service results
* Liaise with customers to resolve any issues or concerns
* Assist with dispatching and receiving of orders
* Manage warehouse operations, including loading trucks and checking delivery sheets
* Maintain a strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Highly organised with great time management skills
* Experience in warehouse management and leadership
* Forklift, Drivers and Pickers License (preferred)
