Our team of around 30 staff are passionately dedicated to helping our families. \*\*ABOUT THE ROLE\*\*:We are seeking extra Educators ( CERT 4 Education support ), Head of Education and as well ( Degree ) \*\*Educating Assistance - Tutor\*\*: If you a passionate about supporting children who are often miss understood and needs extra support, we would like you to apply. You will be allocated your own students to assist with their customised education plan. Your students will be allocated a time often once a week, where they are seeking support around their education or building their capacity in their day-to-day environments. We offer a range of Social skill and groups where we build relationships, skills and often cook. This would be suited for CERT in Education support or university students can apply, other required and preferred experience and certificates: First aid certificate - Desired not compulsory Drivers licence - Highly recommended Ability to multitask, manage time, work under pressure, be organised and have a high attention to detail. Appear neat, tidy and well presented. Possess exceptional customer service skills. 3 years working with children with additional needs - kindy to high school PASSION AND ABILITY TO HELP UNDERSTAND THE MISSUNDERSTOOD \*\*Head Educator\*\*: Our Head Educator to help develop, oversee and manage the overall education program and assessments of BOORN. Importantly, complete current projects while taking BOORN through to the next stage of GROWTH to support its families, teams and the demand. Our Head of Education will play an integral role within the business, acting as 2IC for our CEO. They will need to be flexible, with a positive can do attitude. They will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring that all business activities adhere to policies, procedures, rules and other regulations.
