Care Manager Role
This senior leadership position involves overseeing a clinical team in an aged care setting, with relocation to the Shoalhaven Region of NSW.
The Care Manager is responsible for ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care and supports nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the delivery of clinical and personal care services
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and oversee care plans
* Provide hands-on support to clinical staff
* Mentor and guide Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Carers
* Ensure compliance with Aged Care legislation and Quality Standards
About You:
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Extensive experience in aged care or health settings, with strong leadership skills
* Thorough understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
