Serviced Apartment & Housekeeping Operations Manager Join the Focus Home and Business Services team, specialists in serviced apartment and housekeeping management. We seek a high-performing Operations Manager with strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence. Role Overview Oversee daily operations and service delivery for our client portfolio.
Maximise productivity, manage staff, and ensure exceptional results working closely with the Managing Director. Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day service delivery and staff performance
* Uphold standards in line with SOPs and policies
* Recruit, induct, and train team members
* Support staff, address underperformance, foster high standards
* Prepare weekly staff schedules
* Oversee payroll via Xero and property maintenance
* Manage purchasing and operational analytics
* Conduct monthly accounting reviews and reports
* Identify cost-saving efficiencies in purchasing
About You
* Minimum 1 year in operations management (hospitality or property services preferred)
* Degree or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality/Business
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
* Proven leadership and coaching abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive improvement
