Construction administration and P.A. required for Luxury Home Building Company. Located on the Northern end of the Gold Coast, We specialise in beautiful homes of quality and style.
This is a part time position.
The ideal applicant will possess ;
- Previous experience in Residential construction administration
- High level of Myob proficiency a must
- Experience in Subcontractor aggreements and management
- Accounts recievable, payable and contract management
- Job analysis and job tracking, reconciliation
- Computer literacy, outlook, word, excel spreadsheets
- Contract administration
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise and multi task
- Comunicating with clients and sub contractor
- Office managing and stationary ordering
The position would be approx 1-2 days a week with good rates. We are a boutique building company and you would be required to work alone some of the time.
Pay: $47,722.41 - $84,188.64 per year
