The successful applicant will be a teacher committed to making a difference at Loganlea State High School in the classroom and within the Netball program in the school's Sporting Excellence program.
**The position requires**:
- Full registration or eligibility for full registration as a teacher in Queensland;
- Uphold the excellence in teaching culture and provide support for staff to assist in their understanding or participation in the Netball Program.
- Upholding the excellence in teaching culture and provide support for staff, including professional development.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to develop and sustain productive relationships within and beyond the school community;
- Using skills in the collection and analysis of data in the classroom and within the netball program
Netball coaching/sport experience and coaching qualification will be favourably considered, although is not a mandatory requirement. You will support the promotion of the Netball Excellence program through a range of promotion mediums such as the school website and social media.
Within the netball program you will also work closely with a Head of Department to develop and deliver an annual action plan including quarterly review. You will attend and actively contribute to planning days and coordination meetings for the school's Sporting Excellence Program. You will take a strong role in encouraging student participation in netball as well as encouraging staff involvement.
