About the Centre
Located at 5 Bringelly Street, Kids Academy Arana Hills provides high‐quality early education for children aged six weeks to five years. Open 6:30am to 6:30pm, our purpose‐built centre offers a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired.
Our dedicated educators follow the exclusive Lifelong Learning Curriculum, a play‐based approach that builds confidence, communication skills, and emotional wellbeing from day one.
Children enjoy vibrant indoor and outdoor learning spaces, a bright and quirky playground, and endless opportunities for fun and discovery. Our government‐approved kindergarten program also supports school readiness and a smooth transition to primary school.
Your Impact as Assistant Centre Manager
As a key member of our leadership team, you will:
* Support the day‐to‐day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance, quality and financial performance
* Build strong, trusted relationships with families and the local community
* Use your creativity and initiative to help grow occupancy
* Inspire, mentor and uplift educators to Meet or Exceed the National Quality Standards
* Lead with integrity, positivity, and a genuine passion for early education
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent)
* Solid experience in a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager position
* A current Working with Children Check
* Confidence in managing compliance, safety, and service performance
* A leadership style that empowers others to grow and succeed
