To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Land Access Process Support Officer (Maximum term - 12 months) to join our team.
The Role: Reporting to theProcess & Performance Manager, purpose of the role is to support the Land, Approvals & Groundwater function in the field to maintain Arrow's systems and processes are supported and administered to maintain compliance.
In addition, you will:
* Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
* Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
* Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
* Prepare and issue compliant regulatory notices to landholders within statutory timeframes according to the Gain & Maintain Access core process including all system and data management requirements.
* Coordinate process assurance activities including data analysis and reporting from AACS, internal and external audits (on land access, biosecurity etc) to ensure compliant operations and continuous improvement.
* Facilitate the processing and finalisation of field data (including survey sketch maps, scouting data etc) to support Gain & Maintain Access process deliverables.
* Provide general administrative and logistical support to Land, Approvals & Groundwater activities based in Dalby & Chinchilla.
About You
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
* Experience in land access, relationship management roles or regulatory / compliance roles.
* Proven skills of managing own and shared priorities within a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to steer multiple, and at times conflicting, parties towards a common goal with effective stakeholder engagement.
* Familiarity with CSG industry regulatory obligations.
* Demonstrated ability to engage with external stakeholders.
* Process assurance or audit experience is desirable.
